How to make NPC's have sex with eachother/use stations?

I've seen quite a few screenshots of npcs having sex with each other in an orderly way (planned out/scripted) and using the stations like the butt wall and so forth. I cant seem to figure this out? Are they modding the game and using dev commands to achieve these screenshots? I have yet to see any of my male villagers use any of the stations like butt wall, toilet, etc. They will only have regular sex at random intervals.

As far as i know you have to have the allow love button off or they will couple rather than use the station.

i actually do have them all off of love but have sex on and yet no one uses the stations still? What exactly is the difference between love and sex as far as npcs is concerned cause thats kind of what i thought would happen that they would use the stations instead of developing relationships. or is it literally just more regular sex? they are fed, hydrated and full libido. Do they still need to have a positive relationship with the person inside the station?
