Simply what and where are they?

Basically you need to catch one grandma and grandpa, craft rejuvenation potion from grandpa and give it to grandma, and lower her age count, grandma will transform into elder sisters when their age are under some point. After you make one elder sister, they will start to appear rarely in raiders.

You need grandma to reach age 60 using rejuvenation potion (from old man native) and then give her the special rejuvenation potion (from nanachi trader near the underground native cave), then you would instantly get elder sister native.

Also, don't forget to to tame her as well.

I recommend using special rejuvernation potions all the way, because they are more powerful. You'll need life orbs for that, though.

Elder sisters have their own crafting, and most of items there are not found anywhere else. All are clothes.

It seems that producing the first elder sister through rejuvernation enables elder sisters to appear in Halloween raids.

Old Man villager crafts rejuv potions.

You can capture them in high level raids too.

Make sure to build totems that: make the raiders female, increase the level and amount of raiders too.
