i see people talking about the ring lady secret and halloween raids? how did anyone find that stuff is there in game clues or just you read it somewhere else? i kinda want to have a save that has everything

There are basically 6 things that you might have trouble finding. From hardest to easiest:
1. If you have DLC, and a fnickers bar in your inventory, there is a tiny spot of brown in the forest. Go there, and a fairy riding a mouse-like creature will be lured out and join your side.
She is a cameo from one of developers' previous games, and I have no idea how anyone could have guessed this.
2. Catch a mandrake, tame an underground woman. With a mandrake in hand, stuff underground woman into a well. She will come back as Sadako-like ghost. I guess one needs deep knowledge of movies and Japanese horror stories to guess this one. We gaijin had to rely on help from Japanese to discover this.
3. To seduce a mermaid, you need rainbow shell bikini top. Rainbow shell bikini top does say a mermaid can wear it, but you are unlikely to just have one of these on hand when exploring.
4. To befriend big tits lady, you need a cow steak. This is unobvious, but makes sense, since she failed to hunt down a cow in one of the previous encounters.
5. To seduce the giant lady, you need to wait while making a choice, and a third choice will appear.
6. There is a false wall in one of the mines. It will lead you to a plateau with two special villages. One populated just by women, another populated by DLC women in funny costumes you can't get elsewhere. The plateau is also an early-game place to catch sheep and cows.

All of these, I learned from someone else. The main difficulty with points 3-5 is that if you screw up, you don't get another attempt this playthrough. (but you can load the last save, of course)

I don't think anything else qualifies as "secret".
In particular, halloween raids are quite obvious, because halloween raid summoning item is just openly sold by the trader.

The "stop the rain entirely" item are actually replacing normal rain to blood rain, and is the criteria for white tiger to spawn.
You can r*pe old woman.
If you use only potatoes to tame the lobster they will turn blue instead of red.

The iron mine entrance is to the north-west of point 13. (you can't get to point 13 without going through the iron mine, and you don't need to)
The gold mine is to the west of point 8.
Spider cave is to the north of point 3.
