Bed Bug

i accidentally put a leaf Bed really really close to a door *inside the house*, when mc or any other npc tried to sleep there it automatically drive us out of the house.

i know it is a feature to get out of the house just By approaching the door, But it Became a Bug for me, and now i can not remove the Bed Because it keeps driving me out of the house when approaching the leaf Bed (which is very close to the door)

any idea to remove this leaf Bed forcefully?

Does it work to CTRL + left click the bed when you're near it? If that doesn't work, I believe you could build another house as close to that one as possible, and interact with the bed from inside that new house since you'll be able to see it due to them all sharing the same global coordinates. It's a bit finicky but might work.

You can also try switching to removal mode. I think you need to remove any object by Ctrl+clicking the remove button. From that point, you are a furniture removing machine, and removing a bed should be much easier.

thx for the response guys but no luck doing both ctrl+Lclick and the global coordinates.

for more updates, i tried the one @Galenmereth global coordinates but it's like i got TPed out from new house to the bugged bed and then out from the bugged bed's house

i also tried ctrl+Lclick but it still drives me out from the house.

so i just build another house and let it fly XD

Pause the game with esc when inside the house with the bugged item, and ctrl+LMC over the bugged items, then remove

you can also try to (First backup your data or u might as well loose your save as it is rn) go for the open_beta in steam options... they just introduced new build edit things... if u can't figure it out... there is also option to make NPCs build in the beta... they could meaby help u out
