Can't open game

It starts, but then immediately crashes, it only goes to the first screen before freezing
is there anyone else having this issue?

Would help if you mentioned your hardware, os, etc. No problems here on Windows 10 on desktop (i7 7700k, 3060ti) nor on my Steam Deck under proton.

I don't think it would be a hardware issue, I just din't know if anyone had the same problem.
The only thing i can say is the crash handler doesn't do anything and in task manager it shows up as suspend, my anti-virus didn't block or vault anything either.

Knowing what hardware you're on would make it easier to debug issues with, say, launching Unity games. You can't just say handwave it away.

I wasn't trying to hand-wave it away, I just didn't think that would be the issue.
I don't know how much it would help, but I'll try and give my specs when I get a chance to tonight.

To give an interesting example of why this isn't true.

The update notes for the AMD Radeon drivers 24.6.1 states under "Fixed Issues and Improvements":

Fallout 3 and Fallout: New Vegas may fail to launch.

To put it bluntly, driver bugs can cause applications to fail to launch.
