Strange Woman Blue Quest

Just east of where you find the lab in the hills there’s a Blue Quest with a strange woman.

I met the woman but can’t make heads nor tails of her post meeting so any info on what to do next would be appreciated as she’s now disappeared.

you need to wait for a day for the next event, after this one more day for the last event (bring a steak set form the cooking table for the last one)

That worked, getting the onions was a pain as I had to get them off child natives who took part in raids, that said getting the high grade beef by hunting Milky’s was worth it, now if only they were easy to milk.

The mild aside I got what I needed and managed to get that woman in the group.

Player character can't milk them, but you can get villagers to do it. Put cows in the breeding farm, put a gathering spot, and milk will slowly but surely accumulate there.
They say pink cows give more milk.
