Are Elder Sisters spwans extremly rare?

Have been doing halloween raids and only got the elder sisters to spawn like four times in more than fifty raids, at this point I have been loading back an older file and doing the raids, but they never spawn... are you guys having this happen too? I tired with the console, but they get summoned with laidback as trait and most liked and dislaked... so wanted to get one from natural spawn... but they never appear!!

I think you need to capture a grandma and feed her with age elixir. when her age is lower than 60 she will transform into elder sister.... with very crazy attacking ability.

You aren't suppose to be able to get them from raids... You are suppose to get grandma elixirs and have their age reduced to the point where they become elder sister.

there are two types, one is grandma back to youth, and the high level raider, you can get high lv raider in two way, first, move your base to northmost part of map, second, use a building that increase raider lv, usually +50lv is enough

those who show up in raid is/are strong sisters, not elder sisters. You need flower totems to summon them.

Elder sisters and brothers can appear too. Elder sisters are dressed like Little Red Riding Hood during Halloween raids. And Elder Brothers wear a gentlemanly costume the game describes as Dracula costume.
Never seen one of them during normal raids, through.
