If you don't know how to use a simple translator, maybe you don't need to know what will be in the game after all, since you probably don't meet age requirements.

Wow, what a response :D I used one on my phone and it appears not to be that good. By the sounds of it, you're not that mature by your quote of my post.

due to Japanese law, this game is indeed censored, yes. However, their previous work over on DLsite has been uncensored by modders. If censorship makes it a pass for you, give it a little time and i'm sure English fans of the game will quickly make an uncensor patch. The game is also made using Unity, which is fairly easy to uncensor by modders, or so i've read.

Did you find the file UnityPlayer.dll file? You need to copy that file and paste it to your desktop and rename it to none.bat, then copy it and paste it into the Mad Island_Data\StreamingAssets\XML folder.

Yeah to the letter. I mean the only thing that is censored is the male MC ding dong the female MC has no censorship. It just throws me off to have the ding dong as a mosaic haha

i think the proplem for you is that you didnt change it into .bat file.........you might need to go to into the folder..then select to show filetype names.....this way you see the unityplayer as .dll file.....so you need the rename not just the name but the file type aswell.... to change it into .bat file
