where to get the orbs for the door
i found the 2 green and red with the centipede and the plant bosses

where is the last one?

blue --> from the condor Boss fight. North-Est of the map.

You need to go in the mountain cave ( where there are turtles ). There are several exits in this cave, one of which will lead to the boss and a receipe chest located before the boss fight.

found it and the door opens to a dark forest and got the chaos axe finally
