If you want to have her move to your new base :
> build blue flag in metal workbench, settle new base point, clic the blue flag, clic "call". this will force Yona/Man to spawn there. Then you interact with her, select "move", then location on the right, left clic to settle the center of the new walk around area, then right clic to confirm. Yona will now stay near your new base.
OR
> Have lvl1 leadership. Interact with Yona, clic "follow", go to your new base, then interactwith her, select "move" then "location".... same thing than previously. Now if you clic "leave", she will stay in the area you selected for her.
--> exact same thing if you want to move unique NPCs to your base
In video you will notice the move circle, that circle is there range of movement. Which is how far there going to walk. So what you want to do is make sure you have something for them to work at like for example a mine. Put them on mine like in video and make sure the circle is around it.
Now thing is you also need food box, well and tents with beds inside. Which I missed in video cuz actually overlooked that originally. So you want all that within your NPC move circle. Then they will drink, sleep, work and feed themselves. Granted you put food in the food box. Well will fill itself so no worries there.
They need the tents and beds to sleep at night or else will lower there morale. Making them more hostile to other npc's over time. Pretty much they get sleep deprived and become ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.
Atleast want I think, not 100% sure on it but do know it lowers morale. If they don't get to sleep at night.

I don't think you can have the other MC in your party. to recruit a NPC, you clic on then, then clic on "follow" What isn't well explaned/shown at all is how that works.
basically, each NPC has a lead "value". You also have a maximum lead value ( shown one the right side of your screen near the small flag). you start with 3 points, and each lvl in leaderships gives you one more. Natives cost 3 points to lead, while unique NPCs cost 4 (lvl1 leadership at least) Some powerfull common NPCs also cost more to lead ( elder sister/brother cost 4, and I think big natives too)
Maximum value is 8, so two natives OR two unique NPCs, OR a mix of the two.
PS : giantess cost 6 points, so you need leadership lvl 3 at least and can only bring her alone.
You need to beat the native chief ( north from starting point, obvious passage in the moutain wall ).
After that, you can talk to the other main character and he/she will say they will go settle somewhere. From that point you can craft the blue flag in the metal workbench.
you need to build a well in your basic craftic menu (need 4 iron shovel, so you'll need iron workbench to get them), and make sure thecenter of the allowed area for the NPCs is inside the range of the well.
