Sourcing Hydrangeas

There's two flower types I've yet to find the source of, the red and blue Hydrangeas. Has anyone spotted them? I suspect it might drop from Mandrakes which I've only seen once and they got away.

Ooh interesting, I've been there multiple times and not spotted them. Thanks for that! I'll keep looking for the blue ones.

Red flower: outside the ruins
Blue flower: inside the mountain tunnel, at north east of the map

It's not the normal flowers, it's the Hydrangeas. They're a separate and used for only two recipes in the Plant Workbench :)

I have seen blue hydrangeas near the ponds northwest of the starting point in the game. They seem to appear at the base of trees during rainy weather. As for red hydrangeas, I haven't come across them yet. Some say they can be found near ponds further north, but I haven't encountered them myself.

Ooh interesting. Considering there's teru-teru-bozu items to increase the likelihood of rain, this should be easy to verify. I'll give it a go.

Red Hydrangeas Can Be Discoverd around the same location as the Blue Hydrangeas
But Red ones are only shown during Blood Rain same for some Npcs in some locations

Where are the blue hydrangeas found? I've yet to see them anywhere, even during blood rain.

Blue Hydrangeas are usally found in Forest Biome where Big foot or Werewolf are located and can often seen only when it Rains and there are often Snails in the same location as the flowers

I found red hydrangeas finally in the forest region south-west during blood rain :D Only 100 hours in, but now I know what to look for as well~
