i would like the game to proceed with the storyline more, not just stop it here, more bigger story will make it intresting along with different creative aspects, i recommend the creator of this game to proceed with the storyline and more creative eliments in the normal looking aspect of the story

well, for the bridge, i collected chaos wood from trees, but it still says under construction,

maybe the update for the quest will come in newer patch

Bridge will probably need chaos wood to be made, that would make sense in a game design POV - forces you to get diamond axe at least so either do ruins or very high lvl raids.

It says "Under development"; it actually means the developers are still working on developing this part of the story/game. It's also mentioned in the early access info box that the story's ending isn't implemented yet.
