How do you know what captured NPCs want to eat?
I'm trying to tame the underground woman and the affinity gauge isn't going up at all. I have the meat in the cage with her.

it should say on the right side when you click on the cage and hover over her item icon it should say like

native girl
likes meat 7 pts
berries 5 pts
corn 7 pts stuff like that

obviously go for the highest grade and try using some pts into the persuasion as npc will like you a lot faster

Underground Woman want Mad orbs from Bottom of the earth. Destroying the glowing red pot things and killing creatures should get you some.

And as mentioned it's listed as Favourite when you mouse over their icon in the inventory.
