The female main characters seems to have disappeared.

I've been playing the main female for the entire game pretty much, then swapped to the male to do a few quests. I returned to the beach where the man used to hand out and the female protagonist is gone, no where to be found. I can't find her in my main base, the beach starter area, I'm not sure where else to look or it's just bugged.

use command /change to quick switch MC, usually they are bugged and they spawn on the sky.. hence why you can't find them

Ah ok, thanks! I thought maybe there was some kind of "cheat" menu you had to use in the options menu,

There's also a non-cheat version of this basically, if you build a blue "base flag", on an Iron Workbench, you can use it to press "call" and, well, call the other protagonist to it.

I never knew you could build a blue base flag, only red, where do you craft it at?

Like I said, Iron Workbench. It may only show up after your characters have a conversation about leaving beach. Not sure what triggers that. Could be days spent, could be killing some boss.

It's quest progress that activates the ability to craft the blue flag.

It's the conversation about leaving the beach to explore/search more. Once you have progressed the story to get this, you'll then be able to craft the blue flag at the Iron Bench.

You'll also be able to set where the non-playing MC stands, their territory and combat regions as well.
