Where do I find the the Female Large Native?

Been playing for like +10h and I've never seen even one

Have to up the raid levels by putting up special craftables. Also i think there's also flower totems that increase the chance of female invaders you want those as well. Cant be found naturally as far as ive seen yet.

my raid level is 4k and havent encountered them, although i havent tried that increase female chance buildable

Where do you craft that totem? I'm early in the game. And going about playing... Differently???

It comes from the plant workbench.

Build 10 totem. each 1 is 10 percent increase so 10 is 100 percent chance to get all female raids.

When you create and place an Infernal Totem, the raider level will increase by 50, and several large female natives will appear from around that level range.
But be careful! They are strong.
If you want to capture them, put aside your greed and steadily hit them one by one with stun items until you stun them, and then tame them.

If you craft flower wreath items from the Plant Workbench, you can also increase the likelihood of female raiders. I planted 3 (might be overkill), plus I have two Infernal Totem (+100 level), and I always get at least 1 large female native raider :)
