plant workbench and titanium?

Plant Workbench is located in the Swamp place with mushroom trees. Search for a small land mass surrounded by bog, It's near the centre of the swamp to the east.

Alternate direction. Find the path that leads to the beach and instead of going to the beach just head west straight to the centre of the swamp.

Titanium is from enemies in the lab.
