it seems to be repeatable, but you can't actually "complete" the event from what I have seen. Also no clue if you can recruit the mermaid or not, from what I have seen, it doesn't seem possible.

Mermaid can be recruited via a Hidden option where you have to create a "Rainbow Seashell Swimsuit" before you fish for her swimsuit. During the conversation you can give the new swimsuit and she will stick around.

I don't think you can unlock them. There are some different positions based on being in bed or not. And some characters just have extra options.

There is also the rape positions that change if they are grappled(R key while playing the male MC) or sleeping. You can invade the natives tents at night and they are defenceless(Easy way to get natives at the start).

Are there only two main positions? The sitting one and the laying one (then also the laying one where you R a native).

For the most part just the 2. Then we get into the more deviant territory.

There is another after you rape them and they are on the ground you can rape them again where they just lay there silently exhausted.

Beyond that there are Intractable objects like the toilet. or the cutting machine and placing the torso on the pillow.
