Where do I find Diamonds? I feel like i looked around the whole map

i found diamonds inside the chests in the ruins

You can do the dungeon from the middle of the map (Has 10 floors) and find chests with randomly spawning loot.

Or you can spawn raids at higher levels and fight "Elite" types of raiders for Fighter Orbs that you can exchange for diamonds at the Merchant.
