How do you get crafting items for the meat workbench? (ex. flesh, blood stone, mad orb, life orb)

Whelp. It's a doozy of a question. And I'll try and be considerate, It's in a cave you can find while exploring the 2nd part of the island.
Directions:
north of the great wall that you can pass by beating the spider boss or Tribal Chief there is a small forest to the west and north of that forest is a road that should end with a cave, the middle of this small cave has a deeper cave. Look for new ore veins/nodes and small red items on the ground.

You can get the Life Orb from abortions or failing to deliver a child. The old man/grandpa native has a crafting menu to make a drug you can use on a pregnant native.
