Yes. The male MC should be able to impregnate the native NPCs and the native males should be able to as well. I haven't tried the female MC so i won't comment on that.

I cannot seem to get her pregnant at all.... there is a potion to make chances of pregnancy much higher, tho I have not gotten the ingredients for that yet

yona or the other unique characters cannot get pregnant, maybe in the future.

No, at least, not yet. Same with Yona and her friends. They're specifically removed from that possibility with a check in the code. If we're lucky the devs will add the needed animations and textures to allow that soon.
