How do you save the game?

When I click on the save button, a blank box opens up and displays "Currently Playing Data: 0".
Does anybody know how to save the game?

Is there a way to manually save the game?

Yes data 0 is used solely for auto save you must use save slot 1 or more to manually save. Which is found beneath it on that same screen.

On my screen there are no slots though, its just an emty box with the words "... Data: 0" above it

That def is an odd one for sure. Mine has the others only thing i could suggest is re download at that point def a bug though or report on there discord maybe.

Ty @eternalmayham for the quick and helpful replies. WIll try that, sucks to lose the current data but oh well at least im not too far in.

I have no data in my load section either, I didnt realize there was an autosave feature, So i guess my game alsoi isnt autosaving :(

reinstall game on another disk I had same problem and it worked

In case anyone finds this via a internet search, I have the same issue, but if you press Enter, then type `/save 1`, then confirm with enter it will try to save, and also give a useful error. In my case, it was an UnauthorizedAccessException (playing on Stream Deck)

Edit: Turns out my SD card is dying and can only be mounted read-only. At least the command lets you know what the error is.
