Some hints for startinng out

To complete task one you need the Tow Hook, it's near the rear plow that you start next to. Once that's on you can pull the sled.

For task two you need to be in the snow blower. Pressing V will cycle through the vehicles, I'm not sure if you need to go back to it to swap over.

The controls aren't great, and if you press R to reset the vehicle it goes back to the garage, so probably worth trying to right it by yourself first if you tip over.
