Fia GT3 2010 is good, but I think that blancpain GT3 is much better.
Also I want to add Ferrari F430 Vs. Porsche 997 RSR (from RD)
F1 1977 (from Boxracebrazil)
Porsche 911 Cup RSR 3.0L (RD)
Clio cup RD
F1 2000 SROL (http://simraceonline.forumsmotion.com/f8-2000-formula-one-world-championship)
Some Endurance series, WES i think was pretty good

Also on racedepartmant there is a f1 1991 season.
I should have mentioned this on the disclaimer, I was sticking to the virtual representation of real life. rFactor had endless mods catering to absolutely everything, a lot of them are available for Stock Car Extreme and people should experiment and see what makes them enjoy it the most :).
i do wish someone would update the cockpit textures tho. they really stand out to me in a bad way.
i just downloaded enduracers for SCE; i wont link since im not sure of the 'legality' (permissions granted). i also dont know if its any good, but its easily one of the more famous rf1 mods & its out there, just fyi.
These cars have slightly different setups depending on the chassis but overall performance is extremely close. The default setup may prove a handful as it is for more advanced or familiar folks but there is a way to make it more approachable - on all cars.
- Lower the power differential by about the same rate you increase the coast differential
- Bring the brake bias forward (from 56:44 to maybe 58:42 or more)
- Lower the rear anti-roll bar
- Decrease the amount of camber
