Help me pleaseeee

I'm loving this game so far, my only gripe is for whatever reason it refuses to reload my saved game. It clearly shows my progress under "continue" but whenever I click it, literally nothing happens. Also, when I hit new game, it would/will never load past zero percent. I had to close the program literally over 10 times in a row just to get it to load ONCE. I've turned all the settings/graphics to as low as possible, and I've never had this issue with any of my other games before. Is there something I'm doing wrong or anything I can do to make it literally just.... load? Any help would be super appreciated :(

it sounds like a loading bug. did you try with the game search for mistakes?

I'm also having the same issue, I have about 30 hours into one same and the next day it is fully gone//not able to load a new game. Pretty frustrating, especially when I have been enjoying the game.

I got in contact with the dev on the Discord:
It looks like your game save is corrupted. You need to go to the following save folder location: C:\Users(User)\AppData\LocalLow\SmartPlayGames\Internet Cafe _ Supermarket Simulator 2024

Delete everything in this folder, return to Steam, turn off steam cloud save, and re-enter the game
This situation is likely to occur if there is a sudden power outage or the game crashes while saving during gameplay. We will try to avoid this situation by exiting the game in the normal way.
