NEED HELP WITH FLAT BED TRUCK

I'm using a flat bed truck and cant figure out how to connect the car someone help me

How did you end up connecting it? I've pressed pretty much every button on my keyboard and can't get it to work.

all I could do is get the tow hook to extend out the back of the truck, and thats only with the bed tilted, therefore causing the hook to extend underground. If you share your revelation, I'd also appreciate it
