I have no wife or job or anything that you might call a life, my life is games and Jesus Christ this game is unforgiving, I'm trying to make it in the top 100 in all tracks with all cars and one slip of the finger and you're screwed, I think you should create a game and just fool around playing it by the time your finished one race you'll have half a dozen people ready to take you on, but it's still ghosts driving around you, I wouldn't mind playing this game with a actual physical car that you can bang into and screw them up by smashing them off coarse, like the arcade game Daytona, I loved playing that with friends, back in the old days when I had them.

Looked at some of the Steam charts, the max players for all time is just over 40, but generally there's an average of between 1 and maybe 7 players at any one time.

Simply put, there just isn't enough word out about this under-rated gem of a game for it to be able to facilitate multiplayer with actual other people.

Oh I should throw this out there. Walaber (the game creator) has a discord. The PGRC community is pretty active and we hold occasional tournaments. There is a discord invite link in the pinned official roadmap post.
