How to get the boost at the start of a race (GUIDE)

Hello dear demo version players! Over time, I've seen a lot of people asking how to get the speed boost at the start of a race so I thought I'd tell you how. It's actually really simple too! When a race starts, there's a "Ready, Set, GO!" countdown and in order to get the start boost, you're simply gonna need to hold down the throttle button a bit after the "Set" text shows up. If you see flames coming out of the exhausts of your car when holding down the throttle button, then you'll know you have the right technique! I hope this helps at least some people out! note: I have adjusted the timing to be more generous, in the release version, if you press and hold accelerate generally at the "SET" timing, it should work.

I personally would be to remove the boost start, as it's not adding anything interesting to the game, but why not at least add it to the tutorial ?

wym?? its in almost every single arcade racing game. Do you think they should remove the boost start in mario kart??
