Last Strange Curio Location Help.

I have found 3 of the 4 strange curios (which you can slot into stone slabs in a room under the village to upgrade Relics) but I cannot find the 4th. the clue offered is that it can be found "somewhere between the Prison and the MInes", but I have no idea where that is or how to access it. any help here would be appreciated.

Also, while I'm here...there is a cannot'open-from-this-side style entrance along the path that connects the village to the factory, but I have no idea how to access it and it really irritates me. Help for this would also be appreciated.

Not sure about the curio.

However that door you're mentionning, it's opened from the Apex. Look for a fake wall near the branching path checkpoint, just northeast of it.
