And if technology suddenly breaks, or people get stranded somewhere without any and we find ourselves in desperate need of horseshoes, candles, iron tools, and new written books, but nobody knows how to do those tasks... then what?
I wonder if people in the Bronze Age said the same thing about stone knapping? "Yeah this Bronze stuff is great but what if we can't source our tin or copper? And the best people who know how to work with stones are gone... and there's a giant Mammoth bearing down upon us... then what?"
