hi im a Modder for Rise of Nations i always use GIMP is this really good to use?? will it work on .bhg files that rise of nations have??

Substance Painter exports various texture file formats such as png, tiff, targa, jpeg. However, it doesn't work specifically with .bhg. You would need to have another program to convert to the file format you need.
