Is the planned workflow only aiming for masking or actually hiding parts of the mesh?
While masking is extremely important - actually hiding some parts of the mesh to see what one is painting underneath is equally important, I think. Unfortunately not every mesh is as accessible as the demo cymourai model. :)
I know this is currently listed in the planned features post, but just wanted to add another voice to this request.
Granted - the 2D view in the latest build is immensely helpful in this regard, but one would still like the ability to hide away parts of the mesh via masks.
