Issues with mouse going out of game window (to the right)

Whenever i play generals and i move cursor to the right - it just leave game window and going to my 2nd screen, so basically i cannot move my UI ingame to the right, it just goes out of game window. How to fix this? Thanks!

I have the same, what I do is move a little up or down to trigger the moving of the UI, and while it is moving move to the top or bottom right and it keeps moving then
