how to get generals zh to be able to move the screen around on a widescreen monitor ?

using genpatcher etc and its running fine, when it opens as a borderless window though i want to be able to move that window around on my widescreen but its defaulting to right in the center and im unable to drag/drop it anywhere. anyone have an idea of how to get that to work ?

Borderless window has no edge-scrolling support. You can only edge-scroll in regular fullscreen. The problem is, of course, that you'll have to keep the Alt+Tab crash bug in mind when playing fullscreen. Unfortunately there's no perfect solution for this, just pick the lesser of two evils.
