black screen fix here

1. Disable discord game overlay in settings

2. https://www.reddit.com/r/generals/comments/neo1uh/generals_zero_hour_black_screen_with_gentool/

Download file and extract to root folder

3. Go to the documents/cc zh folder and change resolution to monitor resolution.
i.e. 2560 1440

Start game - Enjoy

thanks a lot i just installed GenLauncher for mods and it broke my game this was the fix thanks.
also do you know how to use the genlauncher without breaking my game again ? (i removed it)?
also i installed a mod call generals rise of the reds from this mod launcher but textures were all black and pink if you the solution please help thanks

Agreed this seems to work the best so far but lacks quality of life stuff that I believe gentool has like graphics upgrade and ability to zoom out
