Do you have a folder in documents called "Command and Conquer Generals Zero Hour Data"? inside there should be a map folder you can put stuff in. Mod wise I am unsure

It's been a long time since I worked with Zero hour. I have a fuzzy memory that you need to launch a skirmish game on any map and it will then create the maps folder that you can't find. Then you can drop custom maps into it. ...again this is all fuzzy.

C:\Users\[YOURUSERNAME]\Documents\Command and Conquer Generals Zero Hour Data\Maps

As for Boss General, should be an ini can edit but I swear the ini files are missing.

i dont know why theres only C:\Users\[YOURUSERNAME]\Documents\Command and Conquer Generals Zero Hour Data\Save Without "Map", so weird. Although i already launch a skirmish game on any map

following this post, I don't see "maps" folder on my zero hour. I tried creating "Maps" folder and added unofficial maps unfortunately I can't see one when I do skirmish

Did you remember to filter it in map selection?

Hello guys
Well it's a real mess to find but I looked through the "World builder" file in the C&C ZH files, once in the world builder file, there is a file icon underneath "edit" click below, This will open a window for you with “system Maps” “User maps”. Click on “user maps and then just a little further down on “Browse…”
The most interesting thing is the "Browse..." icon, click on it, it will open the document files on your computer, click on C&C ZH and there you will see the map file and it works for me.
^^^^ how to over complicate a simple task
open ANY folder and documents is literally there on the left with the zero hour folder inside it.

These ini files are usually stored in the game's big archive files, and not just as plain files inside the folders.

There is no map folder and when I create one and add the maps they don't show up in game. Yes clicked unofficial maps
