Mods work?

I'm mainly looking at the shockwave mod. Will it work on this version?

I can't get it to run properly. Using Genlauncher causes missing textures, while installing manually fails to load the mod, and just launches vanilla.

Rats. That means we'll likely have to wait and hope that the modders behind shockwave either update accordingly OR get lucky and hope someone else patches it to work instead. Either way it's a complete gamble.

No just drop the files in the base game folder. Ive been playing all day.

Genpatcher and gentool and all that doesnt work for the steam version yet.

huh. reinstalling again, then copying a previous instalation, then verifying the cache (fixing 2 missing files) got shockwave working!

I just put Compatibility on XP version 3 and its working perfectly. Tried Genlauncher and it was a mess.

What do you mean by "copying a previous installation" and verifying cache? installation of the shockwave mod or zero hour game itself? verifying cache like verifying the game through properties "verify integrity of files"?

just wait for genpatcher got updated, the creator will updated the genpatcher for steam

Genlauncher doesn't work at the moment, you get missing textures with the main menu being entirely pink.

i get bugged when i try to use genpatcher with shockwave it doesnt start
