Full Khanka
Emerald Tree
Hexagonal fuller
Pommel 6
76cm handle (Go slightly bigger than this. The game doesn't allow for exact cuts and this is the lower limit)
Guard 0
Alternate blade 10 and blade 9 for 9 parts
One part blade 0
Blade point 1

No curve needed and mostly parts everybody should have by this point in the game.

I happened to have saved the one I used.
This is what I ended up making. It just sneaks in on the speed.

The blade is
Blade 28 (x3)
Blade 29 (x2)
Blade 24 (x5)

Blade point 1
Pommel 6
Guard 9

Ore: Khanka
Fuller: Hollow Ground
Handle Type Emarald @ 76cm
Quenching: Air Potion

I also curved the blade as seen in the image. That is just for looks and I don't think is necessary, I ended up calling it "scorpions tail"

A thing to note is the handle is the smallest a slicer can be. When I made it I ended up cutting the handle slightly under the 76cm, as the game sometimes adjust the final cut to something like 75.95cm which turned the assembled weapon into a horse Chopper. So if you use it, be sure to make sure the handle is slightly longer than 76 when cutting it or adjust the design.
