100 cut and 50 pierce
i have been looking and i cant get it(me not smart) but i need a masterwork 1 hand sword (no issue) with 100 cut and 50 pierce(issue). i need some help plz.

Hi there. I will recommend you to unlock additional blade types. I managed to achieve that with this sword build.

Is this blade from northern, eastern or western blades?

It is blade number 21. You get it from northern blades. It's the only one I could figure to be the correct one.
