where do i learn this been all over cant find it for wolf hunter

Spear tip is essentially the same as a dagger at the end of a long handle. So any of the blade pieces and blade tips put together can result in a spear if the lengths are correct. The exact requirements for a spear are in the book on the Design Table. It lists the hilt and blade lengths.
