Kara Boga One handed Sword with 100 cut rate and 50 pierce.

I am having a hard time and can get the sword to 90 something cut and 40 something pierce with khanka ore ebony tree hollow ground. I have the three western style of blades pommels and guards unlocked. What is the answer to get there?

I am stuck at that part as well and what i have read in another Discussion https://steamcommunity.com/app/2732100/discussions/0/603017372668824239/ was that you need some of the second row stuff unlocked as well, specifically the Northern blades and eastern? pommels i think. I am currently just too lazy to gather the 200 points to unlock those.

This is true. It took me absolutely forever to get past this part as well., and that forum post is what helped me

The screenshot linked by in that thread also works, but you may not have that many points available yet.

Another one here stuck on this sword. Made about 20 now using the other threads suggested build but always falling 0.1% short on either cut or pierce ratings. Very frustrating.
