Copper-- Tamra, Suvarna
Iron-- Yudhira, Rai
Silver-- Cila, Serath, Gaurila
Gold-- Khanka, Loha, Moraka
There's 2 conditions required to mine alloy ore
1) Slave level. Level 100 drops 20-25% alloy ore when mining any ore that's a base (Not Cila or Khanka)
2) That ore storage is not full.
I do think Cila and Khanka can mine other ores but I can't confirm it.
I can confirm two things. I have not used gold ore (maxed out at 50) Loha, because of this, is at 12, Moraka 6. However I have 50 Rai and 50 Tamra, but only 34 Yudhira, and 35 Suvarna.
Oh it is TERRIBLY rare until they're like level 80. (and being that it's another RNG element, it's not as often as you'd like.)
However it works for it's base ore and it'll drop one of them, not both.
If you have them mining iron, they'll drop either Rai or Yudhira, but never both. I do have full Rai, Tamra but for a while Yudhira wasn't being added. so I threw away one rai and now I have 45.
So if you're mining anything, make sure that the base ore (Iron, Copper, Silver, Gold) isn't full. and then if any of the alloys fill up, use them, or throw one into the well as it gets recovered.
(I usually throw away all my non-alloy ores away each night, except for gold related) The other ores mine very fast if you're not using just one ore on 3 working anvils.
i did find that if you make the alloy yourself, it would be much better when making a weapon
i made a weapon mostly 96-98 in everything and it was better than what my slave made which was 100% in everything, yet still wasn't as strong, everything else was the same.
this is what my lvl 100 slave made using the Alloy that was mined by my level 100 slave.

and this is one i made using mixing which was around 97-98 before i pour it into the clay

as you can see, even tho i didn't made the weapon as perfect as the slave, mine still had much better stats, so i think the mined ones are not as good as the alloys you can actually make.
Interesting theory, try that out with a simple iron weapon and see if the results still vary though. It could just be that weapons made by the slaves take a statistical hit because they're not the "chosen" like the player is.
i believe the reason your damage is higher on the one you made, is because the handle is shorter :) i guess you could try making one where the handle is 12 cm and see if its still better than the one made by the worker (slave).
omg, i did i not noticed that lol, guess i was wrong than lol, 3 cm change the dmg so much, that's weird
