Normally, when you perform the procedures you have described, you should be able to pour the melt into the mold.
In some cases, the ore in the bucket may not be completely melted. Or the molten ore in the bucket may cool and solidify inside the bucket after a while. If this is the case, you may need to place the bucket in the furnace and heat it again.
If the problem you are experiencing still persists even though the ores are fully melted, I would ask you to try the same process with low graphics settings. High graphics settings can sometimes cause problems with shaders.
