combat is harder than usual ys games are?

Yeah, it is harder, but you can rez now so this is balanced

yep, took me awhile that the perfect dodge and parry does completly work different than the last games. So perfect dodge only works on blue projectiles and there is no more immune + double speed hmm... Same for the perfect parry no immune + 100% crit.
New system feels less rewarding, for now. maybe it changes further in the game?

combat is harder because they stop letting us spam dodge and guard at the same time and attack right away :(

I thought it's easier because enemies usually let you chain Rescue

Btw, you don't even need to perfect dodge blue attacks. You just need to be in a dodge/sprint animation (i.e. running into projectiles/lasers is very safe and counts as a successful dodge)
