Hidden Isle travel point?

There is a small island in the Ozmid Expanse on the south east corner, and already explore the whole island and I am missing a Travel point, not sure if it is a bug or where could it be?

I did that for the first real waypoint in the final zone and I was just like DAMN they are really making you work for the next one. Nope I was just blind LOL

Heck, that Hidden Isle one tripped me up as well, somehow it was cleansed but it didn't unlock until I approached it again - didn't notice until I realized I couldn't fast travel to it.

Nearly drove me nuts. I was convinced there was some manner of secret area I was just too blind to find!

Yes, this one does not activate after cleansing for some reason, probably just a bug.
