How can I tell what skills are mastered?

I took a week off of the game, and am having a lot of trouble figuring out which skills I need to keep using to 'master' and which ones I've already done.

Is there an icon or symbol somewhere to clue me in on this? Sorry if its a dumb question!

In the skills menu, you press X (for xbox controller) idk what it is on kbm. But it shows you a video demonstration of the skill and in the top right you'll see a percentage.

Or if you just look at a skill icon it will have a blue border showing your mastery percentage or golden border when mastery is maxed.

Compare Frost Impact, Shield Bash and Boomerang Axe and you should see which one is mastered and can estimate how much is the progress for the other two:

Thank you both - I play on a TV screen, so to be honest, I never would have noticed (and still have trouble noticing) the blue borders. So both answers are extremely helpful! I wish I could put you both up there as correct answers haha.

Sometimes mastering skills gives you access to better ones, might be worth mastering them all and do it with secondary better versions too.

Raid slash gets one called Assault raid, better version of that one, if you mastering that secondary one you unlock a third level 85 skill or what it was, but cant use it until at that level.
