Report a translation problem
Do you actually get stuck at the loading screen with the message "Re-attempting to connect to game host..." or similar, before you are forced back to the main menu with that error?
Does the issue happen with any combination of EU channels/Rooms?
Are you using Avast antivirus by any chance?

This one is an issue we're already aware of. Our Developers implemented multiple fixes for it in the past, but some of our users are still affected.
As we require more feedback, please follow these instructions to help us out.
Send a ticket to our Customer Support with the following identification title:
[FEEDBACK] Failed to Connect to Host Issue
In the ticket, include the following informations:
- Brief description of the issue
- Your Steam ID Url
- Your CSN:Z ID
- The Country you're connecting from
- Your IP address
- Operative system version
- The Server the issue happened in (NA/EU/RU)
- The number of the Channel it happened in
- The date & time of the day the issue happened at (CET format)
Example:
- CSN:Z got stuck at loading with the "Re-Attempting to Connect to Host" message, then i got kicked back to the lobby with the "Failed to Connect to Host" error.

Please, try to keep track of these informations whenever the issue happens again, and, if you can, spend 2 minutes compiling the ticket.
You can also collect feedback from multiple times the issue happens, and send them in a single ticket if that's the case, to avoid spamming our Customer Support. Just write multiple iterations of the informations required.
