Can't purchase items in store.
When ever I try to purchase anything it always say " purchase couldn't be finalized due to an error in steam. If problem persists, please contact Steam Costumer support" I couldn't find anything In the customer support either

I have the same problem too since the update. I sent Steam a ticket explaining the problem, but still no word back from them. Hopefully Steam will respond soon.
Did this start happening with the April 3rd maintenance, or the big-patch on the 1st?

If you shutdown CSN:Z and relaunch it, does the problem persist?

Actually I'm not sure when it started since I haven't made a cash purchase in months. It might've happened when my steam overlay decided to stop working months ago (I can't test if it's only on CSNZ since CSNZ is the only game I have installed right now). Relaunching the game, doesn't do the trick. I probably have to reinstall steam or something simple like that. Anyways, I'll keep this thread updated if Steam responds to my ticket, which they haven't yet.

Thanks for the follow up; have you ever submitted a ticket to Nexon Europe about this issue? Just to make sure.

I've always had the overlay enabled. I even tried changing the shortcut and it still does not work. Just to be sure I did sent a ticket to Nexon. Still no word from Steam.

I belive this happend after the update of the maintenance on April 3rd because I have purchased some decoders before the maintenance. And the problem still presist after I treid to relaunching it. I do have other steam accounts that allows me to purchase. But this one just keep saying error.

Actually , I just try to screen cap the error but the purchase was complete.. Thank for your help.

UPDATE: Nexon responed to my ticket only to tell me to change the hot key for the steam overlay. -_-

Lol. Anyways, I replyed back telling them I've already tried that a dozen times. I am awaiting another reply which I have not received yet.

Hello!

Are you using D3D rendering, by any chance?

Steam Overlay doesn't currently work with D3D enabled. If this is your case, please switch back to OpenGL and let us know what happens!

I can confirm that even in OpenGL the overlay does not work. I noticed it not working months ago before D3D was finally rolled out. One option I am going to try next is to try on a different computer.
We made some changes to try and resolve this problem for affected accounts in this thread; has there been any change?

how interesting, since todays maintenance (march 24th) this happened to me... Right before the maintenance I funded my account and the purchasing process seemed to work. Then right after the maintenance when I tried to use my funds to purchase decoders, this error message came up.

I think when you have money waiting to be spent, the company has to fix the problem ASAP.
