In CSN:Z, not all commands from the Original CS1.6 are available to the players for this and similar reasons.
In what way are you seeing the other players?
If this is primarily encountered during Specating, it may be the result of Spectate mode\functions not being actual players in the match (e.g., it is showing what the player is doing and inputting into the game, but it not accurately reflecting the configuration on their end)
I've seen what DemonPotato is saying before. I'll be playing a match and some dude will have like an M4A1 in his right hand and then switch over to his knife and it'll be in his left hand. There's a command for that thar you could do for CS 1.6, CS:CZ, and CSO. He just wants to know how to do it in CSN:Z, because other people are able to do it.
It's possible there is a command I am not aware of and is not popping up from searches. If you've got screenshot(s) of the CSN:Z game able to do this in a non-spectating state I'd be curious to see them.
