Compatability triggers the Hack Sensor, as far as I am aware, which means that it won't help, as the game won't launch.
I'll keep trying, though - But it's more curiosity as to what the problem is than actually wanting to play the game itself. -
Thanks for trying to help, though. It's appreciated o7
It closes the game .exe, as far as I am aware.
(I'll try it again.)
I'll try waiting.
As said before though, thanks for helping
As you already went through a good part of basic & advanced troubleshooting, i guess your best bet is to contact directly our Customer Support, follow this link to learn more:
http://support.csnz.nexoneu.com/KB/a2013/how-to-contact-customer-support.aspx
In the ticket, please be sure to include the following info:
- Details about your PC configuration (Hardware & Software)
- Details concerning the issue (steps to reproduce it if you found any, and a screenshot of the error message if you get any)
- .dmp files contained in your "Bin" folder of the CSN:Z client:
Bin/CrashReport.dmp
Bin/*.log (Error.log, FatalError.log, …)
Bin/HShield/*.log (hshield.log, supdate.log, HSUpChk.log, …)
Bin/BlackCipher/*.log (BlackCall.log, BlackCipher.log, BlackXchg.log, NGClient.log, …)
- A DxDiag report of your system (Press the Windows key + R on your Keyboard and write "dxdiag" (without quotes) in the little window that shows up, and then press Enter.
A new window will appear. Wait for the progress bar in the lower left corner of it to complete loading, then select "Save all informations..." to compile a report file.
Save it and then attach it to your ticket before submitting it.)
- A list of the solutions and procedures that you already tried to get rid of the problem.
In this way you'll speed up the issue addressing process.
Hi,
I'm already a few steps ahead of you there, as I contacted Customer Support last night.
Could just be something to do with my config, though. Not sure if it's on the software or hardware side.
NVidia Backend
Skype
Spotify
Google Chrome
+ all other non-essential Windows processes
Set Theme to Basic and installed latest NVidia drivers
I also did a stack trace and traced the crashing error to '3n.mhe' in Bin/HShield folder. Deleting this and letting the autoupdater redownloaded it fixed the problem for me.
Best of luck, and if you have any issues with this fix feel free to PM me and I'll see if I can help you out!
