1) I already scan my whole computer (even defrag)
2) Uninstall then redownload CSZN again
3) Add exceptional to my firewall and Anti-Virus
4) The problem still occur again and again

*How to solve this thing?

Hello!

Can all the affected users provide us the XignCode.log file located in "Steam\steamapps\common\CSNZ\Bin\XignCode"?
It will make us able to redirect the issue to XignCode Developers for investigation.

On the other hand, it is possible one of the programs running in the background on your PC is causing the issue. Be sure to test it out after disabling all unnecessary softwares running on your PC (file share, video capture, utilities, and so on).

How do we provide it? Send ticket or contact welbia company? Like I mention, I tried all the possible solution that were provided in xigncode problem post. Still cant solve it. So I got no other choice except to format my system. After format my system, xigncode no longer detect suspicious malware or trojan or any virus on my system.

You can provide it directly to them, of course, or you can provide it here by uploading it to an external site and sharing the link. Another option, which could be seen as a 'safer' option, is that of sending it as attachement to a Ticket for our Customer Support: http://support.csnz.nexoneu.com/KB/a2013/how-to-contact-customer-support.aspx

Be sure to include all the details for the issue in the Ticket, and report the code of the error (0xE019101A) in the subject. You can also link them this thread where you were asked to provide the .log file in order for us to be able to redirect it to the XignCode Developers.

Since I already format my laptop, and redownload CSNZ, so my problem alr been fix. Still, I'll send ticket to CSNZ team later. If possible, 2 person that comment my post that also encounter same proble like also pls send ticket..

Hi GM, the problem occur again.. As you can see, I install 360 total security Anti-Virus. The same Anti-Virus that CSNZ team recommend to install to wipe out any malware or torjan virus. But, after I install this software, my CSNZ cant start and pop up came out saying error 0xE019101A.. Meaning this Error cause by 360 total security Anti-Virus. But, after I unistall it, my CSNZ can run again. So I bet the others that have same problem with should uninstall this Anti-Virus too.. As for recommended Anti-Virus by CSNZ team, it should be remove because its causing lots of trouble.
